Also, make sure you are abiding by all laws for legal outsourcing so you don’t run into problems in the future. You should also have anything you plan to use be reviewed before it is published or otherwise used.

Particularly if you have are using legal outsourcing on a continuing basis, you need to do quality control checks to ensure that the standard of work is not going down. Particularly if you continue to use the same company, do not just assume that they will always work to the same standard they did at the beginning. This may not be the case, and once you stop checking up on them they might switch to a cheaper quality of work in order to increase their profit margins.
